Creamy Strawberry Lollipop is a delicious strawberry and cream flavour concentrate / one shot inspired by the classic taste of a creamy strawberry lollipop.
Despite the name, this is a versatile food flavour concentrate and is not limited to making lollipops. It can be used in any application that requires a water-soluble flavour, including beverages, confectionery, desserts, and DIY flavour creations.
Please note that this flavour is unsweetened. The “lollipop” experience comes from both the flavour and the sweetness. To achieve a more authentic candy or lollipop profile, we recommend adding a little more sweetener than you would normally use. For example, if your recipe typically contains 0.5% Capella Super Sweet, you may wish to increase it to around 1%, then adjust to taste.
As with all flavour concentrates, the final result will depend on your recipe and personal preference.
