Despite the name, this flavour is not limited to confectionery use. It is a versatile, water-soluble food flavour that can be used across a wide range of applications including beverages, confectionery, desserts, and DIY flavour formulations.
This flavour is unsweetened. The “lollipop” character comes from both the flavour profile and the sweetness added in your final recipe. To achieve a more authentic candy-style experience, you may wish to increase your sweetener slightly. For example, if you typically use 0.5% Capella Super Sweet, you could increase it to around 1%, then adjust according to taste.
As with all flavour concentrates, final results will vary depending on formulation, dosage, and personal preference.
