An Acetoin/Acetyl Propionyl free version of our original Sweet Cream!
A light cream, very useful for blending with other ingredients. This is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet, can lead an all-around milky character to other ingredients.
Recommended Usage
Use between 0.5–2% depending on recipe and taste preference.

Storage Instructions
After opening, store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. While TFA Bavarian Cream can last over 5 years, it is best enjoyed within 24 months. Concentrated flavours do not spoil or go rancid like fruit juices and do not have a strict expiration date.
Usage Notes
Baking & desserts: Start with a few drops and adjust to taste.
Beverages & cocktails: Add after carbonation to prevent foaming.
Soda machines: Works as a base flavour but pairs best with fruity concentrates for a fuller flavour.
DIY Chocolate: Not recommended (use oil-based flavours).
Lip balm / Kombucha: Not suitable.
