Our flavors are perfect for use in baking and dessert recipes such as cake and biscuit batters, icings, frostings, ice cream, cream, and macarons.
 
Since these concentrates are not sweeteners, you may need to add extra sugar to your base ingredients (e.g., milkshakes) for desired sweetness.
 
Important: Water soluble flavours are not suitable for flavouring chocolate directly, as they may cause it to seize due to the introduction of water-based products to oil-based chocolate. For chocolate applications, we recommend using  Flavoured Oils.
 
Usage Guidelines fro bakery:
Dosage Rate: start with just a drop and incresae uppon your taste.
 
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. When stored properly, the shelf life exceeds 24 months.
 
Usage in home Bakery and DIY Hard Candy: Please note that this is a very strong flavor. Start with just a drop and adjust according to your preference.
Suitable for DIY Chocolate: It's recommended to use oil-based flavors for chocolate.
Suitable for Lip Balm: While oil-based flavors are generally preferred for DIY lip balms, this flavour is strong enough that just a drop will suffice, allowing it to be used in small amounts.
Suitable for Soda water:This is an extremely concentrated flavor, so start with just a single drop and adjust to your taste. For a standard 360 ml can (the typical size of cola), begin with 2-3 drops and increase gradually based on your preferences.
